All our branches remain open. We are revising our operating hours from 9.30am to 3.00pm, Monday to Friday, starting 23 March 2020 to 31 March 2020 as safety measures to ensure the well-being of our clients and staff.

Self-service terminals (including ATM, cash deposit and cheque deposit machines) operating hours will also be revised from 7.00am to 10.00pm daily from 22 March 2020 to 31 March 2020.

We have taken a series of actions to reduce transmission risk and are working closely with the relevant authorities, while continuing to transact business and serve you.
We practice sanitisation of our branches and have placed hand sanitiser at all our branches.
Masks have been provided to all our employees. You may notice some of our colleagues are wearing masks as a precautionary measure, but rest assured, they are well and ready to serve you.
All our branches are now equipped with thermal checking capabilities. Colleagues and visitors who display temperature of more than 37.3°C will not be allowed entry into the branch and will be advised to seek immediate medical attention. These precautions are in place to safeguard all our clients.
