It is very important that our clients safeguard their internet and mobile log-in credentials, and other confidential information like their One Time Password (OTP).

  
     
     
  Here are some examples on how to safeguard yourselves:  
     
  Never share your OTP or PIN with anyone. The Bank will never call and ask for an OTP. The Bank will never call and ask you to read an SMS sent to you.  
  Be cautious of fraudsters impersonating Bank staff.  When not sure, hang up and call the Bank to verify.  
  Be cautious of all emails received. Check the sender’s email address to confirm it’s from the Bank.  
  Never login to your online banking through a link. Always go directly to our website.  
  Change your online banking password regularly and ensure it is not easy to guess.  
  Use caution when clicking on links sent to you via SMS when coming from unknown senders.
