How does it work?

  • Call us on 0112480480 or refer to your Relationship Manager / Branch with your referrals.
  • You may refer any person personally known to you, whom you would recommend sharing the Standard Chartered credit card experience with.
  • Kindly ensure that the person being referred is aware that he/she is being referred for a new Standard Chartered credit card.
  • Your referral must include the name of the person being referred, relationship, contact number, NIC no., and employer.

Terms & Conditions

  • This campaign is valid from 01 August to 31 August 2021 (both days inclusive), during which time, the lead must be given, and the credit card must be approved from the Bank by 15 September 2021.
  • This campaign is conducted independent to the previous months' credit card MGM campaigns.
  • This campaign is valid only to existing credit card holders who refer contact(s) of another person (referee).
  • The campaign is not valid for existing card holders requesting for supplementary credit cards or additional primary credit cards.
  • The campaign is valid only to existing primary credit cardholders. Any referrals from supplementary credit card holders will contribute as referrals from primary credit card holder.
  • The referee cannot be an existing credit card holder of Standard Chartered or an employee of Standard Chartered.
  • The campaign is not valid for referees whose card accounts with SC have been closed within the last 6 months.
  • If we receive the same referee details from more than one referrer, the first to share the referee details will qualify for the rewards.
  • A lead is considered as a lead only if all the information requested by the Bank of the card holder and the referee are available.
  • The leads could reach the Bank in any communication form, such as a call to Client Care, SMS to the given phone number, via the Mobile app or via email to the Bank.
  • A successful lead is when the referee completes the SC credit card application and submits the related documentation and qualifies for a credit card as per the SC credit card eligibility criteria.
  • The documentation collection and fulfilment are subject to prevailing guidelines of the country. Standard Chartered is not liable for any delays arising from such restriction(s).
  • Only successful leads qualify for the rewards mentioned.
  • Referrer qualifies for the rewards given at the highest achievement only. It is not given in combination or on an incremental basis.
  • The rewards mentioned will be credited to the existing primary card account of the referrer. Such credits will take place within 30 days from the date the referee’s credit card is approved. It will not be given in cash form.
  • Referrer’s credit card account must be in good standing as determined by SC to qualify for the rewards.
  • If the referee’s card is closed or terminated or suspended before the time of fulfilment or before the rewards are credited, the rewards will be forfeited.
  • The rewards will not be treated as payments for the SC credit card.
  • Standard Chartered reserves the right to amend/withdraw this offer at its sole discretion with prior notice.
  • Other general credit card Terms & Conditions will continue to apply.
