Standing Instructions
Will Standing Instructions be executed on non-business days during system maintenance?
No. Standing Instructions will not be executed on non-business days or during System Upgrade.
How can I amend my Standing Instructions?
You may visit any of our branches to submit the application form; or you can upload the application form to "Amendments for SME Banking Services" at our SME Banking website.
If the execution date falls on a non-business day or public holiday, how will my Standing Instructions be handled?
The Standing Instructions will be processed on the next business day.
Channel Reports and API Notification
What changes will be made to reports and notifications?
The System Upgrade will enhance a variety of reports downloaded via Straight2Bank, Host to Host and API banking channels. Please refer to here for “Specification Document for Report and API Notification Enhancements”.
