You should never disclose your OTP to third parties. If you receive a suspicious origin asking for your OTP and you have not authorized such request, please do not respond and contact us immediately. |

* If you would like to update your mobile number registered with us, please visit our branch or download the "Change of Contact Information Form for Individual Client" form and mail the completed form to us. Your request will normally be processed within 7 working days upon receipt of your form.

- I’ve authenticated my device before. Why does it ask for SMS One-Time password (OTP) when I login to Online Banking again?
If you are using different browser on the same device, you may need to authenticate again. Also, the bank will keep your registered device record for 3 months. If you have not used the registered device to login to Online Banking for 3 months, we shall request you to perform the authentication again.
- Do I need to authenticate the device if someone has authenticated it already?
Yes, it is required. Each Online Banking customer has their own registered device record with us.
- Can I register more than 1 device for my Online Banking login?
You can register unlimited (or more than 1) devices for your Online Banking login.
